Hourly Rate $80-$100
Group Sessions $25-$30

Insurance

Because I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker my services are generally covered by insurance policies. Please verify your coverage by asking the following questions of your insurance company:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Some limited availabilty.

Payment

If applicable, I will bill your insurance company. I also accept cash, checks, Paypal and major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full or partial cost of the session.
